Is there a tracking system for the packages?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number after your items are shipped. However, it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to be activated. If you do not receive any information on the DPD website (GLS for foreign deliveries) after this time, please contact our service (service@hoodiecollab.de).
What do I do if my package does not arrive?
If you cannot find any information about your shipment on the DHL tracking page (GLS for foreign deliveries), please contact our service (service@hoodiecollab.de).
What should I do if the wrong item or size is delivered?
If you receive an item that you did not order or the wrong size was delivered, please contact our service department (service@hoodiecollab.de) and we will help you as soon as possible.
Why is my order late?
A late delivery can have various reasons (delivery problems of DPD or GLS, increased order volume due to a release, holidays, etc.).
