How can I cancel my order?
Please contact our customer service immediately by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org), we will cancel the order as soon as possible, if order has not been packed.
Do I need a customer account to order?
If you are ordering as a "guest", you do not need to create an account to place an order. However, orders placed with a customer account do have many benefits including order history, invoice receipt, faster checkout, and more.
Can I pre-order or reserve items?
During our current pre-sales you can pre-order our products, as long as they are still available. Reservations are not possible at this time.
What do I do if I have not received a confirmation email?
Please note the shipping information for each item. As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email. Please also check your spam folder.
I have ordered the wrong item. How can I change the item?
Please note your change request on the attached delivery note and enclose it with your return shipment. We will pay the postage for sending the new article.
Can I also pay cash on collection?
Since we ship the goods from an external warehouse, cash payment / self-collection is unfortunately not possible.
